2. Conclusion of the Contract  
The contract is concluded in accordance with our checkout process on www.woodenlove.de. By clicking the “Place order” button, you submit a binding offer. We will confirm the acceptance via email within 2 working days.  

3. Language and Storage of the Contract  
The contract language is German. The contract text is not stored by the seller. You can save the order details via your browser before submitting the order.  

4. Prices and Payment Terms  
All prices are total prices. No VAT is shown due to small business status (§ 19 UStG). Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout. Payment is due immediately unless otherwise agreed.

5. Delivery Conditions  
We deliver within the EU. Shipping is carried out by forwarding agencies or parcel services. The risk of accidental loss passes to the customer upon delivery.  

6. Legal Guarantee Rights  
The legal warranty rights apply. Please check goods for completeness and transport damage immediately upon delivery.  

7. Dispute Resolution

We are not obligated or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

 

DELIVERY

The shipping costs are not included in the purchase price. They can be called up via a correspondingly designated button on our website or in the respective item description, will be shown separately during the ordering process and must be paid by the customer, unless the free delivery has been promised. The delivery of our beds takes place free to kerbside in front of the building and without mattresses. Assembling takes place through the customer.

EXCEPTIONAL DELIVERY TO SWITZERLAND AND OTHER NON-EU COUNTRIES:

For delivery to Switzerland or any other countries outside the EU, customs and import duties may be imposed. Shipping to Switzerland and other non-EU countries involves additional considerations related to customs and taxes.

Please contact us or the customs office if you have any questions.

If you wish to receive the delivery with a selected shipping service provider, please notify us in writing immediately after placing the order. Resulting additional costs needs to be paid by the customer.

The shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as postage costs. The processing fees are fixed while the transportation charges vary according to the total weight of the shipment.

Once the shipment has been sent, you will receive the information in a separate email.

ATTENTION! After receiving the package, carefully inspect the bed BEFORE repacking and assembling and in the presence of the courier. In case of damage, the damage report must be written down within a maximum of 5 days after delivery. Without written damage report transport damages can not be considered!
