RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.)

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:
-
on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are delivered together;
-
on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, provided that you ordered several goods in a single order and they are delivered separately;
-
on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided that you ordered goods delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Wooden Love e.K., Owner Jennifer Jochimiak, Bernheimerstraße 2, 81925 Munich, Germany, Email: info@woodenlove.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods:

that are not prefabricated;

for the manufacture of which an individual choice or decision by the customer is decisive; or
-
which are clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs.
Information about Our Custom-Made Furniture
All of our furniture is individually manufactured only after your order has been placed. Depending on your order, the size, colour, configuration and other product features are made specifically according to your requirements.
This includes, for example, customised children's beds, Montessori beds, house beds, loft beds, bunk beds, swings and other bespoke furniture made according to customer specifications.
For these individually manufactured products, the statutory right of withdrawal generally does not apply.

Transport Damage
Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt to ensure that it is complete and free from visible transport damage.
If any damage is visible, please report it to the carrier upon delivery whenever possible.
Please notify us of any transport damage before assembling the product and within 5 days of receiving the goods by sending your order number together with clear photographs of the damage to info@woodenlove.de.
Unfortunately, transport damage reported after this period can no longer be accepted as such.
Uncollected or Refused Deliveries
If ordered goods are not accepted or collected from the shipping provider, we reserve the right to charge the resulting delivery, return shipping and storage costs, as well as an administrative fee of €50.00.
Returns
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the goods must be returned to us within fourteen days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw.
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Please ensure that the goods are securely packaged, preferably in their original packaging, in order to prevent damage during return transport.
