Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You are entitled to withdraw this agreement without giving a reason within 14 days (except special orders). The cancellation period expires 14 days from receipt of your purchase, in accordance with the distance contract law. In order for your return to be approved, the product must be unbroken, unused and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return costs

If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a clear notice of your decision to withdraw the agreement (eg a letter sent by mail or e-mail) to Wooden Love AB. In order for you to exercise your right of withdrawal on time, it is enough to send your message that you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. For complete information regarding the right of withdrawal, we refer to the Consumer Agency and the following remorse form, which you will find here.
The effect of exercised right of withdrawal
If you waive this agreement, we will refund all of the payments we received from you, including shipping costs (but no additional shipping costs will be charged as a result of your choice of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we provide). The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date of our notification of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you have used for the purchase if you have not explicitly agreed with us about anything else. In any case, the refund will not cost you anything.
Right of withdrawal with special orders
Items that are custom made according to the consumer's instructions or which have a clear personal touch can not be canceled as they are made according to the customer's own specifications.
Transport damage
It is important that you check that you have received the right goods and that there are no visible damages and that the packages are full and unopened. If all is as it should be, the one who delivered the goods will ask you to sign the shipping documents. Transport damage is reported directly to the transport company so that a note can be made.
Report the shipping damage immediately by sending your order number, damage and photos to info@woodenlove.de. Unless this is done within 5 days of receipt of your goods, we are unable to accept transport damage as a complaint.
Unpacked packages
If you do not pick up your goods, we will charge you for delivery, return and storage costs. In addition, we charge an administrative fee of 500 SEK for unpacked packages.
Returns
As a customer, you must return your order within 14 days after you informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The customer is responsible for return costs. You are responsible for returning the item within the above period.
